Concrete pavement roads are commonly built using Jointed Plain Concrete Pavement (JPCP). However, over the past 10 years we have seen an increase in the use of Continuous Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP) and Precast pavement in California. Pavement engineers should understand the fundamental differences between these pavement types so they can make the best pavement choices for their projects. Learn about the design, construction, maintenance and performance of these three pavements from subject matter experts.
