With the largest attendance in 22 years, the most Exhibitors, and the most Sponsors, the 2024 Nevada Infrastructure Concrete Conference was an overwhelming success. Great speakers, an engaged audience of hundreds, and active participation from everyone at NDOT involved in concrete infrastructure all combined to create what many called “the best NICC ever.”

NDOT Director Tracy Larkin Thomason kicked off NICC 2024 with her opening remarks.

Leif Wathne of the CP Tech Center captured the audience with a lively presentation on Improving Pavement Resiliency to Flooding.

Gomaco VP of Engineering / Research & Development Scott Pedersen introduced the New Paving Technologies that the company is rolling out.

Tim Barrett from the FHWA Office of Infrastructure R&D delivered an EPIC(2) presentation – Enhancing Performance with Internally Cured Concrete.

Bridge Engineer and Project Manager Robbie Coomes from Jacobs showcased a unique local project – the Arlington Avenue Bridges Project over the Truckee River.
